I used this product throughout AT. When I first used it, this stuff went HARD. After using it regularly it doesn't really provide the same jolt it did before. I didn't have sleep issues when I used this product in the morning, however one of my Joes did and he took a pouch about 10 hours before lights out.
Overall I like the product and the advertising, the patches give me and a few people a good laugh especially when they notice it for the first time.
I highly recommend the bulk pack for your first go around, if you are already familiar with pre workout.
This stuff doesn't do normal pre workout stuff like that weird tingle or whatever this stuff literally wakes you from the dead ready for PT at 0500 after drinking until bar close.

Lightweight, quick-working, and compact. These came in clutch. I ran out of my supply of caffeine just before my shipment arrived. Lifesavers y’all are.
