I'm not even a fan of blueberry but I like it got this for a friend but had to try it one highly recommend a good energy for good couple hours I don't know about a pre-workout but you need something to help you get through a 12-hour shift this is the way to go

I’ve been using zyns and rouges for about 2 years and I’m used to a pretty standard pouch, the pouch provided is a little thick, and pretty large, I also didn’t notice any benefits from using the pouches, and I’m just not sure if this is my type of product, most likely not something I’ll get again but I love to support small businesses and I had seen a video on TikTok and gave it a try :)
