Definitely like the effect it's had on my workouts. It is super convenient to be able to pop a pouch in rather than have to mix something and bring it with me.

Prompt shipping. Flavor was ok but it fades fast leaving you with a bitter aftertaste, much like when you don’t fully mix a powdered pre-workout. Energy was ok, on par with a strong energy soda but with less peeing lol. Only real bummer was the tin I received only contained 7 pouches instead of the 8 advertised. Overall not bad, would consider purchasing again.
