Refund Policy 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Due to the consumable nature of our products - we cannot accept opened bags/tins. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, you will pay for shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A $10.00 return fee will also be charged to you. Once paid, we will process your return. This includes our cost incurred for: Postage, handling, and processing. Please note we cannot accept returns for international orders.   
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Address Changes
If you request an address change, you will be charged a $7.99 change fee. This is required to account for the additional labor charges associated with updating your already existing order. Once paid, we will process your address change. This may cause delays in your shipping. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Subscription Cancelation - Caffeinated American Program
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you must email 7 days prior to your ship date. This window ensures our Team has time to adjust inventory and the associated shipping costs. If you request a refund from 1-6 days prior, we cannot guarantee a refund.
