Much cheaper and better than most powdered pre-workouts. The creatine kind of dries out your mouth, but most of us don't drink enough water to begin with. So hydrate.
I don't dip despite being an aircraft maintainer, but it was still easy to figure out how to use. Will be buying more, especially if more flavors come out.
The dip pre workout gets in my way to get that no other caffeine het me going, especially that 6 mile run. I can stay caffeinated without splashing all that watery trash on my face. I live the new improved cans, now there is a place the used dips instead on carrying in my mouth until I found a trash bin.
