High Schooler here. I got this whole thing from the Wojak videos. It seemed like a hell of a claim: boost energy and morale (slightly). I bought a Cherry Tin. I popped one before marching camp, and Jesus, that is infinitely better than Red Bull ever did me. There was no surge-to-crash, just consistent energy boost through and through.
