In terms of performance of it, it’s like no other pre I’ve ever taken. It’s not too strong and the best part is that it’s slowly releasing more and more as you workout so you don’t get that high to low feeling halfway through your workout which I really like. Downside is not every pouch is the same. Some worked better than others and some released all the flavor in the first 5 minutes and then it was very bitter for my whole workout. Even though it was bitter the performance was still there though. All the pouches work it mainly just the flavor that’s hit or miss. Still highly recommend and I think this product has the potential to completely replace shaker bottle pre for me forever. They just need to find a way to fix the flavor problem.
